Service-Based Refund Policy
Because our services involve scheduling, travel, and manual labor, all sales are final once a job is completed. However, we understand that things happen — so we offer the following policies:
Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a job at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or no charge.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a partial charge to cover time and travel.
Service Issues
If you are not satisfied with a service provided:

Please contact us within 48 hours of the completed job.

We’ll assess the issue and may offer a correction, credit, or partial refund, depending on the situation.
Custom Packages
Custom service packages are non-refundable once work has begun, but we are happy to address any concerns and make things right.
